Hormone Imbalance & Fertility
Natural support for hormone health, perimenopause, menopause, and fertility challenges
Hormone imbalances are among the most common yet most misunderstood health challenges we see in our office. The symptoms can be wide-ranging, from mood swings and weight gain to irregular cycles, sleeplessness, and a persistent sense that something is just off. Conventional medicine often responds with a prescription rather than an investigation into what is driving the imbalance in the first place.
We work with patients across all stages of hormonal change, including women navigating perimenopause and menopause, those dealing with ongoing hormonal irregularities, and individuals facing fertility challenges that haven’t been adequately explained or addressed. We also support patients who are already on hormone-related medications and want to understand the bigger picture of what is going on and what else can be done.
Hormones do not exist in isolation. They are deeply connected to nutrition, gut health, blood sugar regulation, liver function, and stress physiology. Our approach addresses those underlying connections rather than focusing on the hormone numbers alone.
Common Symptoms
- Mood swings, irritability, or unexplained anxiety
- Weight gain, especially around the midsection, that doesn’t respond to diet
- Irregular, heavy, or painful menstrual cycles
- Hot flashes, night sweats, or sleep disruption
- Low libido or changes in sexual health
- Perimenopause or menopause symptoms that are difficult to manage
- Fertility challenges: difficulty conceiving or maintaining pregnancy
- Fatigue and brain fog that seem tied to hormonal cycles
How we approach it
We have a comprehensive functional panel that we provide for every new patient. This panel examines various nutritional and metabolic factors that can lead to hormone imbalances. It includes assessments of blood sugar levels, liver detoxification markers, adrenal and thyroid function, inflammatory markers, and overall nutrient status. Additionally, we offer hormone-specific tests, such as estrogen and progesterone, which can be included in a hormone panel or saliva testing kit.
Is this program right for you?
This is a good fit for women who want to understand what is driving their hormonal symptoms and are ready to make real changes to diet and lifestyle as part of a structured, supported program.
Join the patients who look forward to Thursdays
Every week, our practitioners send out a short, practical email covering what we are seeing in the office, what is working for our patients, and straightforward information about how to maintain and improve your health. No fluff. No selling. Just the kind of useful, honest health information our patients tell us they look forward to every week.
